Dheeraj started his career with S-Cube solutions Inc, a Us based consulting firm where he worked on business cycle management for transformation projects. Later he joined Lebra Mobile, leading MVNO and prepaid cash cards company in UK and Europe where he is responsible for team management, working on P&L, Sales training, territory planning, Churn Control, Improve merchandising standards, of Scotland.

Dheeraj has obtained his bachelors from JNTU and holds Masters in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier Business School.

Pramod Kandukuru, _{Vice-President Technology}

Pramod is a techie responsible for technology development and building IT infra structure, application management.

Prior to Ramson, Pramod has worked with GGK Technologies, India as Senior Technical Member responsible for building core plugins for its client Microsoft. He has career working with Tesco, and Amazon building mobile applications and customer loyality, scoring applications. Pramod holds in Electronics and communications Engineering, Masters and Electronics and Mobile Communications from University of Glamorgan, United Kingdom.
